Glue FX210 DecoFix Extra. Glue is designed for perfect connection of polyurethane profiles. – Polyurethane-based glue. – Excess is removed with acetone or thinner. Usage: The glue is designed to connect polyurethane strips to each other. All strips must be clean, dry and not covered with anything else, especially oily-based materials. Store the profiles at room temperature so that their temperature does not differ from the ambient temperature during installation. Apply a little glue to both ends of the profiles and press them firmly against each other. Remove excess glue that has leaked out with a cloth moistened with acetone or thinner, wait a couple of hours. Masters advise that after gluing, the joints be additionally pinned with thin needles so that the cracks between the connected strips do not spread until the glue dries completely. The next day, carefully remove the pins. Profile joints can be filled after 24 hours, and painted after 24 hours, when the fill has dried and sanded.
