Returns Policy & Store Commitments

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to supplying goods that are of satisfactory quality and that meet the specifications of your order.

If you receive faulty or defective goods, we will accept their return and replace them with new items of proper quality. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the defective goods.


Returning Non-Faulty Goods

You have the right to return non-faulty goods within 20 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • The cost of returning non-faulty goods is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and undamaged

    • In their original packaging

    • In a condition suitable for resale

    • In the same condition as received

You are responsible for:

  • The direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the standard, lowest-cost option offered by the Store.

  • Any additional return costs where, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned by standard postal service.


Custom-Made & Personalised Goods

Please note that returns are not accepted for goods:

  • Made to your specific instructions;

  • Produced according to your personal choice or specification;

  • Clearly personalised or customised to your individual requirements.


Refund Process

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (if the goods were faulty), without undue delay and no later than 14 working days from receiving your notice of cancellation (except in cases described under “Custom-Made & Personalised Goods”).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you agree to an alternative method. You will not incur any additional fees for receiving your refund.


Inspection of Goods

We kindly ask that you inspect your goods within 10 working days of collection or delivery to ensure they are undamaged and of satisfactory quality.

If the goods are not inspected within this period, the customer assumes responsibility for their condition.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods with defects, you have the right to submit a claim.

Please:

  1. Take clear photographs of:

    • The defect(s)

    • The information label on the packaging

  2. Email the photographs along with your written claim to:

All claims must be submitted in writing by email.

Claims will be reviewed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.


Exchanges

You may request to exchange delivered goods for similar items of different dimensions or shape, subject to availability.

Where a significant defect is identified, you are entitled to request:

  • A replacement with new goods,

  • A price reduction, or

  • A refund,

unless we are able to promptly replace the goods with new, defect-free items.
