Home delivery by courier
Free collection from our warehouse or showroom

Courier within Lithuania: 2–3 working days
Express delivery to EU countries: 3–6 working days
Standard delivery to EU countries: 4–8 working days
Delivery to other countries: up to 15 working days
If the required quantity is not available, the delivery timeframe must be confirmed with our Customer Service team and may range from 15 to 65 working days.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, size and destination of your order.
Courier delivery: €12.00–€50.00
Parcel locker delivery: €3.00–€13.00
Parcel lockers are suitable only for smaller items (maximum dimensions: 60 cm length, 35 cm width, 74 cm height).
Shipping costs outside Lithuania depend on the destination country and the size of the goods.
Delivery charges are calculated individually for each order.
You will receive a final offer by email, including the exact delivery cost. You will then have the opportunity to review and confirm the final offer and proceed with payment for your order.

The buyer/recipient must ensure these charges are paid prior to customs clearance. Our company is not responsible for any additional customs-related costs.
When placing your order, you must provide:

The correct postcode

The courier will contact you prior to delivery. If you are unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may leave a notification with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

The customer is obliged to accept the ordered goods.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Upon delivery, in the presence of the courier or postal worker, you have the right to check that:
The parcel has not been opened
The packaging has not been damaged during transit
If the packaging appears opened or damaged, you must:
Complete a damage report together with the courier or postal worker; and
Notify us immediately by email at [email protected]
Please inspect the packaging carefully upon receipt.
We kindly ask you not to dispose of the packaging until you have confirmed that the goods are undamaged.
