How to install concealed LED lighting using ceiling mouldings

To install concealed LED lighting, the ceiling trim strip should be glued only to the wall with its lower edge.

Before gluing the ceiling trim strip to the wall, we recommend painting its inner side with white paint so that the LED light emitted from the ceiling does not acquire a yellowish tint from the yellowish color of the polyurethane.

Lower the trim strip from the ceiling by about 4 cm so that it is possible to insert a hand and reach the LED strip during operation.

When installing concealed LED lighting, the trim strip should be lowered from the ceiling by about 4 cm and only the lower edge of the strip is glued.

When gluing the trim strips, apply a small amount of special glue to the joints.

When the glue hardens, fill the joints the next day.

Since in this case only one edge of the trim strip will be glued to the wall, it is recommended to additionally screw the strip to the wall at the bottom every 50 cm.

We recommend that the ceiling strips be additionally screwed.

Some craftsmen additionally attach larger ceiling strips to the wall from the inside with aluminum corners to prevent the strips from sagging over time.

An additional mounting angle is recommended when the strip is glued only on one lower edge.

Different mounting angles are available for the ceiling strip.

The ceiling strip is screwed to the mounting angle.

Places where screws are visible should be filled.

We recommend painting the ceiling strips with high-coverage paint in two layers.

LED lighting strips are mounted to the wall, lowering the finishing strip by at least 3 cm.

LED hidden lighting strips are mounted to the wall.

The LED rail is used either straight or angular, depending on the angle and intensity of the light spread.
